Most requested data is optional and therefore you decide what kind of data you want to share with the platform.

You directly provide Nexuhub with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register or use for the Nexuhub service online
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via e-mail
  • Use or view our websites and web applications via your browser's cookies

How will we use your data?

Nexuhub collects your data so that we can

  • provide a service to use-case partners. These partners are visible through their logo or name on the specific website and web application for the use-case. Nexuhub may send your information to, and also use the resulting informtion from, these use-case partners.
  • conduct research to optimise and add new funtionalities to Nexuhub's features and innovation goals

How do we store your data?

Nexuhub stores your data on servers at (a) European based datacenter(s). Sensitive information, like passwords, are encrypted. Nexuhub's partners use standard based security precautions to store your data safely.

Nexuhub will keep your data for the length of the campaign's duration. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting the database data and the media assets you uploaded.

Marketing

Nexuhub would like to send you information about our services that we think you might like, as well as those of our campaign and use case partners. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Nexuhub from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to campaign or use case partners. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please send an e-mail to projectcitystory@gmail.com.

What are your data protection rights?

Nexuhub would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access - You have the right to request Nexuhub for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
  • The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Nexuhub correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Nexuhub to complete information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Nexuhub erases your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing - You have the right to ojbect to Nexuhub's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Nexuhub transfers the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
